ARABIC LANGUAGE CLASSES AT THE ARAB BRITISH CENTRE
The Arab British Centre will be hosting Arabic language classes at beginner levels from January 2012:
- ARABIC LEVEL 1
Wednesdays, 13:00 - 14:00
11 January - 14 March 2012 (10 weeks, 10 hours)
Cost: £110
Learn to read, write and speak Arabic. This beginners’ courses will cover learning the alphabet, reading, writing and pronunciation. You will also learn all the conversational basics: etiquette; introducing yourself and others; ordering food and drink; and asking for directions.
- ARABIC LEVEL 2
Tuesdays, 18:00 - 19:15
10 January - 28 February 2012 (8 weeks, 10 hours)
Cost: £120
The Level 2 course is a progression from Level 1 designed for those with some previous experience of Arabic who can recognise the letters and engage in basic conversation. The course will consolidate the basics and cover descriptions, countries and people, nationalities, shopping, and using cultural expressions in a variety of contexts.
