Arab New Trends Limited present, for the first time in Europe, a singular gathering of three of the best new performers in the Middle East for a unique concert combining DJ sets and live acts mixing traditional Arabic music and electro.

Led by Lebanese jack-of-all-trades Zeid Hamdan - the Godfather of Lebanese trip-hop, co-founder of Soapkills, the trio will also feature Tamer Abu Ghazaleh, Oud and Buzuk player from Palestine and founder of pan-arab music Label Ekaa3, and Mariam Saleh, a young and cutting-edge singer from Cairo.

 

Part of Shubbak: A Window on Contemporary Arab Culture, a festival presented by the Mayor of London, from 4-24 July 2011.
