Curzon Soho Presents:

HOW TO START A REVOLUTION

As waves of revolutionary spirit sweep the world, one man continues to inspire protestors, giving them the tools to topple dictators. Nobel Peace Prize nominee Gene Sharp’s methods of nonviolent direct action have brought dramatic results, from Serbia to Egypt to Syria.

How to Start a Revolution is the inspirational story of true people power, the modern revolution, and the man behind it all. After the screening we will welcome Gene Sharp himself, plus director Ruaridh Arrow and Ausama Monajed who inspired by Sharp has been a leading figure of Syrian opposition movements ever since his exile from Syria in 2004.
