Prepare for your trip to the Arabic-speaking world with this course covering all the basics. The focus is on practical language skills and local culture, to help you make the most of your visit.
This course is aimed at those with little or no prior knowledge of Arabic, and those with some knowledge who would like a reminder before their visit. It will cover basic expressions for everyday situations to enable you to communicate with people. The course is based on a communicative approach with an emphasis on speaking and listening skills.
The course will cover the following topics: greetings and personal introductions; ordering food and drink; basic numbers; shopping; asking for directions; and emergencies.
