Haringey Justice for Palestinians Presents

Tottenham Palestine Literature Festival

 Join celebrated writers, filmmakers, rappers, photographers, storytellers, and locals to listen, talk, learn, rap, discuss, watch, question and share ideas on Palestine at the inaugural Tottenham Palestine Literature Festival from 29 September to 2 October 2011.

The festival will open on Thursday 29 September with the screening of Peter Kosminsky's The Promise (episode 4/4). There will be book readings, workshops, screenings and discussion with Ghada Karmi, Karl Sabbagh, Brian Keenan, Anna Perera, Tim Llewellyn, Hanna Braun, Professor Haim Breseeth, James Miller, Wildcats Art Collective and many more. On Saturday evening there will be a live concert with an eclectic mix of musicians including the sublime Reem Kelani with Leon Rosselson, Ian Saville, Haroon Anwar, poet Ghada Kanafani and compere Michael Rosen.
