On Friday 21 March 2014, we hosted a group of extremely talented people in our Centre to celebrate the life and soul of the project Al Mutanabbi Street Starts Here.

During the course of the evening, we had oud playing by Taqasim Music School, poetry reading by Ghareeb Iskandar, a monologue by Hayat Kamille, a spoken word poem by Hala Ali and lastly, some poetry readings by Ama Bolton and Beau Beausoleil.
