Widely regarded as one of the hottest comedy nights among the Arab community and beyond. Comedians with roots in the Arab world attempt to prove the naysayers wrong!

After a very successful sold-out 17 editions, Arts Canteen’s Arabs Are Not Funny is back with very interesting line-up of comedians, representing the Arab world and surrounding regions, looking for an opportunity to showcase their talents.

– MC Sarah Agha

A Half-Palestinian, half-Irish actress from London making another foray into comedy! She is a member of the comedy group SYC at the Soho Theatre and a semi-finalist in Dublin’s Craic Attack competition.
She has worked on Homeland, BBC Radio 3, SKY VR and has performed in short comedy sketches for Ireland’s TV3 and Channel 4.”

– Mohamed Omar :

Somali-born, Cardiff-raised and London Based, Mo Omar brings in his third culture kid way of thinking. Finalist in Leicester Square New Comedian Of the Year 2017 and Semi-Finalist in the So You Think You’re Funny & Amused Moose Semi-Finalist 2017. He is a fast rising talent with a unique perspective.
