Following the official advice to limit interactions and restrict all but essential travel in wake of the increasing Coronavirus threat, we have reached the difficult decision to close the Arab British Centre until further notice. All events, courses and access to the library are postponed in order to better preserve the safety of students, staff and the wider public in this difficult time.

Where possible, we are making arrangements to bring courses and events online, allowing people remote access wherever they may be choosing to stay indoors. We encourage you to follow our social media channels for all the up to date information regarding our activities. How the next few weeks will play out is uncertain, but we’re already thinking about new ways we can provide opportunities for creativity, community and education, from behind closed doors.
