Imogen Ware is a culture specialist who has worked at the forefront of the Saudi arts scene for over a decade. An independent consultant, Imogen provides strategic advice on projects ranging from artist residencies and cultural districts, to museums and heritage assets. Her core areas of expertise are culture strategy, arts programming, project management and partnership development.
Imogen’s work draws on long-standing relationships with prominent artists, cultural leaders and major institutions. She works either directly for commissioning clients, or as part of interdisciplinary teams managed by cultural agencies and strategy consultants.
Previously, Imogen was Managing Director of Edge of Arabia, where she coordinated Ithra’s Bridges Tour, established the international programme for MiSK Art Institute, and led the Crossway Foundation. She holds a first-class degree in Arabic & Islamic History from the University of Oxford.
