Join cookbook author, MasterChef contestant, and Guinness World Record Holder Raheel Mirza at this special cook-along fundraiser, co-hosted by Zaytoun! Raheel, who has broken the Guinness World Record for the biggest ever cook-along, will be guiding us through the process of cooking his Butter Chicken recipe, with veggie and vegan alternatives available. He will be joined by Palestinian chef Maha Salah, who will be sharing her traditional family recipe for Kayket Joz El Hind for dessert. The evening will feature speakers as well as a performance by Palestinian Oud player Saeid Silbak.

This event is a fundraiser, with proceeds going to PSC, the fastest growing campaign for Palestinian human rights and justice. Once you have successfully registered for the event, you will receive an ingredients list and Zoom link via email.
