Le Trio Joubran – London – 2 March 2020

2 March '20 at 7:00 pm to 10:45 pm

Le Trio Joubran will be performing an intimate show in support of Beder, featuring work from their latest album ‘The Long March’, that will take place in the spectacular surroundings of Union Chapel on Monday 2 March 2020.

Le Trio Joubran have developed a unique and intuitive style that has seen them tour throughout the world and become the world’s best known Palestinian musicians. The Guardian described one of Le Trio Joubran’s performances of ‘The Long March’ as “one of the most powerful, emotional performances I have seen this year”.

Le Trio Joubran is centred around three brothers and three ouds. Samir, Wissam and Adnan. The oud, or Arabic lute, has become the voice of their souls, the beating heart of their existence with which they have become one. Always three, together.

Beder is a new charity raising awareness around mental health and suicide prevention. All proceeds raised from this concert will go to Beder (www.beder.org.uk)
