British-Iraqi rapper Lowkey headlines Refugee Week 2018, co-curating a unique concert marking 20 years of the Festival.
The support act is the brilliant Mohammed Yahya, a Mozambican born, London based rapper and spoken word artist, with his band Native Sun.
The night also features a new collaboration with Palestinian hiphop duo EbsilJaz.
