Luxor: Q&A with Director Zeina Durra and Malu Halasa

18 November '20 at 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm

We’re excited to announce that following the release of Luxor on 6 November, we will be hosting a Q&A with Zeina Durra, in partnership with Modern Films, on 18 November at 6:30pm.

The film, which was selected for the Sundance Film Festival 2020, explores the return of British aid worker Hana to the ancient city of Luxor, Egypt. Haunted by the familiar place, she comes across Sultan, her former lover and struggles to reconcile the choices of the past with the uncertainty of the present.

This online Q&A event will be chaired by writer and editor Malu Halasa

Register using the form below to attend this event on Zoom. The session will also be recorded and hosted on the Arab British Centre website and YouTube channel at a later date.
