What happens when an Arab, Assyrian and Persian walk into a bar? Well join us for the Guardian recommended and only comedy night to showcase Middle Eastern and North African performers to find out! Profits for this show will go towards earthquake relief charities working in Turkey and Syria: The Molham Team and Assyrians without Borders.

The line up includes:

MARIAM FAKHIR is a British Iraqi who fell into stand up accidently while trying to climb out of a quarter life crisis.

ROANN HASSANI MCCLOSKEY is a British-Algerian storyteller with recurrent sell-out runs of her shows – notably her 2019 show MY FATHER THE TANTRIC MASSEUR; an exploration of familial relationships.

JENAN YOUNIS is an Assyrian comedian via Baghdad and the West Bank who won the 2020 BBC New Voices Winner and is founder of WEAPONS OF MASS HILARITY. Instagram @jenandoesstuff

MAXY BLACK is an Iraqi drag artist who is also an award winning Pulitzer prize author who specialises in comedy and vaguely insightful hot takes… a true mix of beauty, brains and religious trauma.
