Come and enjoy this special edition of Arab Women Artists Now – AWAN Festival with DJ Young Mocro who was commissioned to produce, develop and constructs classical Arabic songs of Umm Kulthum and transforms them into club bangers!

Get your dancing shoes ready for a night to remember, celebration and surprise guest artists, DJs and Umm Kulthum’s best!

Special screening by a visual artist will be projected some visuals to accompany music, most of the time in a club setting, to enhance the clubbing experience.

Throughout her career and musical development journy in the electronic music scenes in Belgium and beyond Dj Young Mocro with a passion for staving off artistic stagnancy by exploring bold and new sounds and keeping the dance scene dynamic and the ability to guarantee crowds a rollicking good time!

Young Morco:

A Ghent based DJ and part founder of the Supafly Collective, consisting of 7 hip hop minded females who curate and and produce and events and festivals in Belgium.
