Join Momin Swaitat for the pre-launch of The Intifada EP. Majazz Project will release The Intifada EP, a reissue of the first album recorded after the outbreak of the First Intifada in 1987, with lyrics co-written by Mahmoud Darwish and Hanan Awwad. Two beautiful singles from the album will be launched as part of the music session at the Mosaic Rooms: Intifada and I’m from Jerusalem, composed and performed by Riad Awwad.

This cassette was acquired from a former Palestinian record label in Jenin in the north of the West Bank during the first lock-down and offers a window onto the inspiring spirit and sound of 1980s Palestine.
