Becky Harrison

Programme Manager

Becky Harrison has been dedicated to promoting intercultural dialogue through the arts since graduating from her MA in Comparative Cultural Analysis in 2015. Before starting at the ABC in June 2018, she worked at the Bradford Literature Festival and at Comma Press, an independent publisher in Manchester specialising in short fiction and translations from the Middle East. She has a BA from the University of Leeds in Cultural Studies, and is the co-editor of a collection of short stories and essays, ‘Conradology: A Celebration of the Work of Joseph Conrad’.

In 2020 she was selected as a UK Creative Community Fellow, a partnership between Derby Museums and NAS, a United States-based organisation that builds and supports diverse communities of cultural leaders; and the Center for Social Impact Strategy at the University of Pennsylvania
