The book launch of Bethlehem; Beautiful Resistance Recipes and talk by Dr Abdelfattah Abusrour, director of Alrowwad Centre for Arts and Culture, Aida camp and co-author of the book. A beautiful collection of traditional Palestinian recipes and interviews gathered from people within Aida refugee camp, Bethlehem.
All monies raised from the sales of this book will go to Alrowwad Centre for Arts and Culture, in the heart of Aida refugee camp, a camp born out of the nakba in 1948, 2 kilometers north of the historic centre of Bethlehem.
