Borderless

6 June '19 at 1:00 pm - 28 July '19 at 6:00 pm

Borderless is a collective art exhibition curated by artist-curator and educator Dima Karout as part of her residency at the Migration Museum during the Room to Breathe exhibition. It features work and reflections by resident artists: Habib Sadat, The New Art Studio, Ceyda Oskay, Shorsh Saleh and Belén L. Yáñez.

The artwork and texts presented in this exhibition will reflect on how participant artists crossed many physical and cultural borders before they landed in London, and how they relate to each other’s work. Borderless is the space in which they will share fragments of their journey, artwork, and experiences with visitors to Room to Breathe.

There will be a special opening and talk hosted by Dima Karout in the presence of all of the artists on Thursday 13 June from 6pm–9pm.
Free and open to all. Book your free ticket here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/talkingart-lates-meet-the-artists-tickets-59774565334
