Countless Palestinian Futures

21 October '21 at 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Play Danah Abdulla and Sarona Abuaker’s new discussion-based game designed to stimulate the imagination to develop ideas around Palestinian futures. Palestinian and Arab cultural producers, policy makers, activists, academics and organisers are invited to trial this game for the first time at The Mosaic Rooms.

Countless Palestinian Futures features six themes including geography, governance and policy, people and society, culture and media, infrastructure, and economy. It asks questions like:

How would the Apartheid Wall be broken down, taken down, and removed?
What form of governance would Palestine have?
What strategies could be put in place to address the climate emergency?

Questions are framed around near, medium and long term futures to spark conversations and challenge players to consider Palestinian futures and to formulate tangible outcomes.

This event is part of the public programme of the exhibition ‘Stateless Heritage’.
