Palestine Solidarity Campaign (PSC) and Zaytoun are partnering to bring you this exciting opportunity to join renowned Palestinian chef and author Joudie Kalla for a live Zoom cook-along event, raising money for PSC’s vital campaigning work.

Kalla’s passion for Palestinian food came from years of sitting with her mother, aunties and grandmothers, listening to their conversations and learning to cook the traditional dishes they would make. This event will be a unique chance to cook a recipe passed down through generations of her family from Palestine, learning not only the technique but also its heritage and cultural significance.

We will also be joined by Manal Ramadan White, Zaytoun’s Managing Director. A Palestinian who grew up in the diaspora, her love of food and yearning to connect with Palestine inspired her to join Zaytoun in 2009. She will give some insight into the ingredients and the inspirational Palestinian producers behind them.
