Filmmaker Mahdi Fleifel chronicles – both tenderly, and brutally – life under occupation in Palestine. This trilogy of his most recent works include Berlinale Silver Bear Jury Prize winner A Man Returned, a bittersweet love story in a Palestinian refugee camp, to his most recent sociological meditation on the limited escape routes for young Palestinian men, 3 Logical Exits.
