Each year, to mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, world-class speakers, activists and performers come together for WOW – Women of the World festival. This year, the WOW Festival is hosting Palestinian singer, songwriter and composer Rasha Nahas to perform an acoustic stripped down performance from her previous works, in addition to sharing new pieces from her upcoming album.

Creating a sound that moves seamlessly between the resonances of early rock ‘n’ roll and the reckless echoes of free jazz, Rasha’s performance will be complemented by her distinctive approach to songwriting, storytelling and performance.
