The City is [Not] a Tree: The Urban Ecologies of Divided Cities

5 July '22 at 9:00 am - 7 July '22 at 4:00 pm

THE CITY IS [NOT] A TREE conference creates awareness of the problems that cause spatial, physical, political, social, economic, racial, religious divisions in cities. Architects, planners, built environment professionals, social and political scientists, economists, designers and artists will come together to discuss the reasons for the divisions as well as to conceptualize an approach to heal those divisions. The conference involves developers, local authorities, and communities in the conversation, and your research will have the chance to be one of the selected papers to get published in the Scopus-indexed ASTI book series by Springer along with meeting professors and researchers from across the globe.
