ŸUMA – UK Debut Concert in London

10 March '18 at 8:00 pm to 11:30 pm

Arab Women Artists Now Festival is proud to present Ÿuma UK debut concert in London!

Yuma is a Tunisian Folk, world and alternative music duo, composed by Sabrine Jenhani and Ramy Zoghlemi. Their friendship and their passion for the same genre of music gave birth to a 1st album named “Chura”, a mix of many from their beloved influences such as Folk, Blues, Ethnic, Rock and World music. Songwriters and composers, the duo made of this album a bitter sweet melting between the unbreakable and weak, delicate and rough, vague and vivid, brightness and darkness. The album was out on March 2016 and it contains 8 tracks composed and written by both of them.

Sabrine Jenhani and Ramy Zoghlemi met and performed together 1st in the Ephemere Electro Music Festival in 2014. In 2015, the duo started uploading three-minute cover versions of Mashups mixing oriental and occidental songs uploaded on Yuma’s facebook fan page.
